Check-In & Check-Out:

Guest accommodations will be available at 4pm on arrival day and reserved until 11 am on departure day. Hotel will do its best to accommodate requests for late checkouts. Requests should be made to the front desk on the departure day (based on availability).

Guaranteed Reservations:

All reservations will require a valid credit card to be placed on the reservation for guarantee purposes. No deposit required.

Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the Hotel’s ancillary services.

Early Departure

Guests will have up to and including check-in to modify their departure date. After this time, an early departure fee of one night’s room & tax shall be applied.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. An individual’s reservation may be cancelled with no penalty at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival or be subject to a fee of one night’s room and tax.

100% Smoke-Free:

The Sawyer is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public spaces.

If a smoking violation occurs in a guestroom or suite, the guest will be charged $1,250.00 per night as a non-refundable cleaning fee. It is also up to Hotel’s discretion to determine if a violated guestroom or suite is inoperative due to damages or unhealthy air quality caused by smoking, in which case Hotel reserves the right to charge the registered guest(s) up to three (3) nights at the hotel’s prevailing best flexible rate.

Parking Information

The Kimpton Sawyer Hotel only manages valet parking.
- Daily Parking: $30 per vehicle
  - Standard Vehicles: $45 for overnight usage with in and out privileges.
    - Reduced to $35.00 per vehicle, per day for reservations within the group block
  - Oversized Vehicles: $55 for overnight usage with in and out privileges.
