The Winter Updates in Hematology Conference is an interprofessional continuing education activity designed to address knowledge, competence, and practice gaps among healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with hematologic disorders and malignancies. Rapid advances in diagnostic methods, clinical evidence, treatment standards, and therapeutic options require members of the hematology and oncology healthcare team to continually evaluate new information and collaboratively incorporate practical strategies into patient care.
